I don't know if whoever made this will see it but I have to say.
10 years. 10 years I haven't cried. This game made me. I want to apologize if this rambles a bit. I want to thank you. My Mama died when I was 8. It broke me. Then my little sister tried to kill herself twice in 2016. I thought I was done, that I couldn't really FEEL anything again. I went to therapists, talked to people, talk talk talk talk talk blah blah blah. None of it changed. Till last night. Last night I get home from work, open that game and a bit later, the cece route happens. I get to where he talks to the group and I just break. I'm not lying when I say I've never cried so much in my life. I think I'd given my baby self a run for his money lol. But off track. I balled my fucking eyes out for close to 2 hours before I just, knocked out. Like a light. I slept for a full 8 hours. A peaceful, dreamless, 8 hours of sleep. And I wake up and... I feel great. This game did more for me than 6 YEARS or therapy. I want to thank you with everything I could. Thank you. I wish you the very best. You helped me. Thank you.
This is the perfect example of what a good AVN can do. It can be incredibly funny, fun and of course hot. But it is also an extremely deep and heartwarming, at times heartbreaking story. Can easily tell the author put a lot into this, especially with the commentary on a second run. Thank you for writing a story.

I forgot to mention in my post a couple of days ago that I really like Leap of Faith. Seeing as I rarely play more than on path or route in a VN game that has multiple routes, but I immediately after completing Cece's route I started a new game and I think I want to play through at least most if not all of the routes in LoF. I am almost through to the end on game 2 and the excitement and emotion is still fully felt as much as the first time.
This prompts a new question: If I had played through once and in chapter 8 clicked on the magazine in the stand, in subsequent playthroughs is the magazine not clickable? Because I am there on 2nd playthrough and can't click on the magazine.
I don't remember what clicking on that magazine does in the game, so I am not sure if it should be there or not.
I am posting the following in hopes that someone sees it that can help me, or at least point me to where I can get help:

Oh, having sexual content is anything but a problem for me. What I meant is that there exists quite a lot of visual "novels" on there that are simply bad porn where the scenes are tied up together by some sort of a story, which is not the case with LoF, where the sexual content is secondary.

There is at least one pregnancy ending depending on choices made. That said, the game appears that it will never be fully uploaded here. Go to the dev's Patreon or buy it on Steam.
I only wish drifty when he removed the music for whatever reason spent the time to find some free to use replacements. Some scenes are just dead without the music, For example when in the limo where they all sing along to a certain song. Now its just dead silent. Or on Lexis route when she sing her song in the bedroom to the MC. No music makes the scene feel dead.
I only wish and hope that drifty eventually decides to find some suitable songs to replaces the ones removed.
This is one of the most emotional experiences I have ever had, including movies, music, novels, anything short of the birth of my son. I also want to thank the creator for the trigger warning. I recommended my friend play it before I reached that point, I was able to give her a bit of advanced warning to prep her for the trigger notice.

I think Holly's story is a real event(I am so sorry for the developper if it happened to him) that inspired L.OF.
I even think that "the toes" thing is abtribute...
I was not aware that LOF has the capacity of scracthing old scars and even.made them bleed...it reminded me my past, those that were left behind...it really hit me hard...
I didn't know different endings were possible...I am very unhappy with mine... as Cece was left all alone at the end...MC with Lexi, Steph with Artemis, Linda with Chris , Kira with Robin...Holly was already on her own...i need to know there is a possibility of her ending up with MC or having any kind of satisfying happy ending...i am willing to play it again if its possible...other wise this game will haunt me and will keep reminding me those memorries that I burried deep...i need a happy ending....
The scene where you are carrying her back to house and there's a montage that takes you to the "results" scene with the girls, problem is. I can't progress any further and the only option is "exit"! Any help?!
I've bought the game over a year agon when it was in development at chapter 3 for $10, but if I want to get the full version I need to pay for it again on patreon, Steam or GOG? That doesn't seem right.
This is the first Visual Novel that really catched me from the beginning. Sadly no way for me to get the Steam or GOG version cause boobs are to much for Steam/GOG in Germany. Any other way to get the full release/a steam key?
Definitely buying full version. Binged ch 1-3 and had to pop on to leave a comment. Id play this game even if it was sfw. The music , the dialog, the story beats...chefs kiss! I've played alot of these for fun and this is good enough to be a script for a steamy netlix show and I mean that in the best way possible because they do big numbers lol. This VN is superior to 95 percent of every VN out there! Bought it happily on Steam and would have paid more! I played it for 33 hours so all outcomes can be experienced. Developer is a genius at story writing and multiple endings. There is only one VN with more crazy emotional endings and that is Acting Lessons. Good job people!! Oh and using Lexi and Jaye together, from Chasing Sunsets was clever!! Loved it!! And now Artemis is appearing in Chasing Sunsets!! Pretty cool.
The "circumstances" leading to full-game removal were 1: Game sold well on Itch. 2: Dev realized he was losing Patreon income by actually selling the game he promised to sell. 3: Dev added something to the game that made itch staff go "Uh... no." 4: Still no one's buying it on Steam and Patreon, but now he's got a scapegoat.
The game is too good to be given away for free or under a name-your-price model. I bought it on Steam. Worth every penny. I don't care if what you said is true. The dev deserves to make all the money on Leap of Faith.

Not sure what to say about this one, dident really feel like a game to me but real...feel like i shouldent have played it, i see so much of my self in Cece that i could not stop playing once i started untill finised and the way the text is writen is just so spot on to RL.
This is so much more then just a game, hit me pretty hard and deep even though i am in my 40s i still had tears in my eyes.

It takes you on one hell of an emotional roller coaster so if you feel you are struggling with depression, play it with caution, it could be overwhelming at times. With that said, it is an amazing story in which you can feel the author's emotional connection throughout. Very much one of the most real VN I have ever played through.

A lot of NSFW games boast "heavy storylines that will break you", but for just about all of them, it just feels tacked on and obnoxious. Not here. This game deals with some heavy subject matter, but its handled with such care and told with such poise. Absolutely adore it. We need more games like this in this genre.
Only thing I wish it had was a downloadable soundtrack somewhere, or even just a playlist. Music was fantastic and I want to listen to it more.

This game had me riding the emotional rollercoaster hard right from the get go. As a former military veteran who suffers from PTSD and Anxiety the story really resonated with me and i'm not too big of a man too admit that I shed a few tears while playing through this wonderful V/N. If the Author ever decides to write a sequel to this I will buy it sight unseen as that is how much confidence I have in their work. Good luck with your future endeavors and I can't wait to see what you produce next

Not saying Acting Lessons is bad--it's a great game. I do think Leap of Faith is a more powerful experience. And Being a DIK, as a game, is better than both, though not as powerful as either.
It's an interesting concept, with a ton of potential, all except for the writing. The writing needs to get thrown onto life support desperately. No I'm not trying to take a 'dump' on whoever is responsible for the written story. I'm just saying, the grammar and phrasing, need to be elevated to a level above 6th grade. Especially if you're going to be asking money for this.
Again, I'm not trying to be insulting or anything of the sort. It's a strong effort. Having dabbled in Python, Perl and etc myself, I have a good idea of the work and time required to put one of these stories together, it's not such a simple task even for seasoned programmers, just methodical and mentally exhausting. Specially if you're putting a story together on your own (I don't know if that's the case here or not). So I can easily praise the technical aspect of the work. Just that yeh, even on the more central characters of the story, the writing and phrasing left alot to be desired.
Bottom line, I still managed to enjoy it. I hope my criticism is taken positively. I still would like to say thank you for the entertainment and I hope my comment will bare fruit in perhaps your next VN.

So, finally I've finished the second half of the game, and indeed the writing improves decently in chapters 5-8. I'm happy I got the full VN. No regrets!
As far as the game story itself is concerned, I give this game a 4/5 stars. I like the characters, the different story plots. But MOST of all, I really respect the fact that a strong amount of restraint was exhibited where the lewd scenes are concerned. Not over done and not done in a way that ruins the uniqueness of the story. Also, I really loved the Cameos presented, IE: Jaye from "Chasing sunsets" and some others I forget. And I noticed the same in CS referring to when Jaye gets to meet Lexi, very cool!

I recommend you play Eternum, while its not fully released yet its also got a story I believe you will enjoy if you truly enjoyed this one.
