Does anybody have the download link to Chapters 1-5 for Mac. I can't figure out how to install Chapter 5 on its own but still keep my progress from the previous chapters if that makes sense
Welp, I got too excited when 5 came out, and didn't read what you wrote about the files being too big to download together. Now I know how I screwed myself over and wrecked hours of gameplay I had, leading to me needing to restart from scratch for a few of the paths. RIP. Well hey, on the bright side, at least this shows how damn good Drifty is at this stuff!

I just want to say what an excellent game this is. I was very moved by the ending of Chapter 5, it made me reflect on a lot of things I've been through somehow and how I should treasure those around me. I want to congratulate you on how well you've created this game and how detailed and moving it is. The graphics were amazing and the story line is so good I went back so many times to try and get every single girl happy because I hate leaving anyone out.
Character Design
Cece - I must say this character I can definitely resonate with, going through times of hardship and having the thought of ending it all was my thought process at times. I like how she's able to eventually find that person who will be there for her no matter what.
Lexi - I know there is more underneath the popstar and all, but she is an amazing character, and she made such an amazing addition to the story.
Story
The story I loved so much, however there were a few things I'd like to ask about:
How to get the party started on the plane
how to buy cigars for Holly
how to give the auto graph to Cece
I wish the bonus scenes would be more evident as it was hard for me to find the robin and cheer up cece scenes without looking to the comments.
In the end, such an amazing game that almost made me cry due to the results of things happening between all the characters, it tugged on my heart strings so much and I hope to see the next chapter real soon cause I hate seeing anyone sad. When is the next chapter being released? If you know

I thoroughly agree that the characters in this are fantastic and really tug on your heart. I think I can help with a few of your questions:
Party started: After you sit down again, just before you go to sleep, check the music section of your phone.
Cigarettes for Holly: In the screen with the newsstand guy, there is exactly one conversation step where you can click on the cigarette section. Keep your mouse over it and it will light up. And just to save you a follow-up question: You initially get her the wrong brand, but if your conversation with the seller asks him "Did you try?" (about talking to the girl), it will lead to you swapping packs to the right brand.
Autograph to Cece: So far as I know it only happens offscreen. If you don't ask Lexi and do bring it up in the Limo, it will lead to an outcome that you can view from the menu in a bonus screen.
How do you get music on the phone? When I pull up the phone it says to connect to external speakers, but then says I have no music. And for the autograph, it doesn't let me ask Lexi in the limo.

I just want to say that not only did you write some really compelling characters, you also introduced me to a couple great Michael Shynes songs I hadn't heard before. Not all of the soundtrack was to my taste, but enough of it was that I left it on - which is something I almost never do in games.
Let's say something similar happened to me with a ''Cece'' but we were kinda both on the same ''bridge'', sadly she didn't return. Provided a great emotionnal relief so i thank you.
I just discovered visual novels ( my 3rd ). It's refreshing to see a very well written interaction with the caracters, humor and sex scene with good taste and sensuality (no cheeky porn) .... ( for what i have seen anyway).

I'm honestly surprised at how much I fell in love with this game. The way it hooks you in and keeps you hanging, the way it makes you feel something towards the characters--amazing writing all the way through. The character design is beautiful, as always(Cece is my favorite, just like most of the ones here). The dynamics between characters are fluid and feel real enough, but not too real to the point it becomes a parody. The twists in Chapter 5 were pleasant, and I hope more of the characters get explored in the upcoming chapters, like Matt and his relationship with Linda, Chris and Christine, and the MC's family, stepsis and father especially.
Going into Leap of Faith with no expectations definitely helped as well, as I never really expected that adult visual novels would be this well done. But I guess you proved me wrong. Hope there are more sensual, feel-good, and somber moments in the upcoming chapters.
i thought the whole point of a parody was to create a ridiculous imitation of something. The way these girls have been written isn't exactly that far from being realistic although of course there are some exceptions with some of the girls, but definitely not in any way a parody which i suppose would have been exceptionally easy to do.
Cece felt the most real, in terms of how she feels, how she communicates, and how she almost took her own life on the bridge. I felt overwhelming emotions towards her and I couldn't help but fall in love with her and want to protect from herself without adding to her own internal struggles. It really takes a lot for something to get me emotionally in any sense of the word, and there are only 2 vn's that have, this and another vn. There is also an avn that hit me emotionally too, so it takes a lot for something to hit me, and the fact that this did means in mind that this was written exceptionally well, the writer got the correct ambiance of most of the characters perfectly, and because they where so well written i could relate to them as if they where real. I rarely feel that in everyday life, due to my own internal issues.
I dont make friends easily and barely have any, because of the way they shit on me in the past, and i felt a rapore with all these girls, and i know it sounds silly, but i felt something so much more than I normally would, in fact i felt like they really were friends, and i just hope this story can go on and on, and get the dad and creep done away with, and focus more on the mc and the girls, and whatever stories the writer can come up with. i really dont want anything bad to come to any of them, including the mc even though he is a bit of doofus at times, which is not so bad i dont like him..he is fine the way he is as long as the writer doesn't go overboard with the way he speaks at times, i am just loving the girls and interactions between them and the mc, would be nice if there was just a teenie bit more sex scenes between the mc and the char he falls in love with, and if its robin and kira, then he shouldnt get punished for having sex with either robin or kira, since she says they want to bring the mc into their relationship, it shouldnt matter really.
I just downloaded and extracted Leap Of Faith 0.5.1 and it seems to be BROKEN there are at least 15 missing file right from the start just keep getting the red error message warning i run it both with wineHQ on the exe and in terminal with the SH file

So, this is it. The end of Chapter 5. Well, I will have to say it was totally different from the one I was expecting. I thought we were going to go down the whole Steph espionage thing. the problem with pink cake is, he now has a reputation of screwing over the player with his avn's unfortunately. I dont know if you have played acting lessons. the amount of uproar this generated and not in a good way, when the time came to choose was quite honestly bizarre and pathetic to be honest. I am not a fan of having pyscho bitches that some how magically just happen to be able to stalk him from with the places he was, despite people the girls being in the same place. was an extreme let down to be honest, and it really really hit me hard when i had to choose one of the girls to survive. The amount of time and effort we had to put into the game led many of us down the polygamy route, where all three where happy and planning their futures together then like a complete retard he pulls the rug right from under our feet, for absolutely no reason at all, except to kill one of them off, when he really should not have done so. no warning about it all.
He has another avn called being a dik, and although it is significantly longer and still in development, its pretty fair to say that somewhere in the avn he will kill people off just for kicks, but i hope he takes on board the hate he got for what he did with acting lessons, it was completely unacceptable for a lot of reasons. you cant just pull that kind of shit on your own players, after all they done and gone through emotionally. Inside i still feel betrayed by dr pink cake after the terrible, awful childish stunt he pulled near the end.
The renders and graphics in this vn are completely outstanding and all the girls look super beautiful. I know some vn's trying using some realistic-looking girls, that actually look like crap when you see them. I have no problem with cartoonish type looking girls, like this vn as long as they done as well as they are here. they look fantastic. the girls genitals could do with improving a bit, but it doesnt matter in the slightest, when they look this good, especially holly and lexi!

I have read your comment an d I agree with some points, but I don't get where you think PInk Cake is an ass. A lot of peoploe have said this, but I don't understand where they are getting the info from. Maybe it's because I avoid social media like the plague and only play his games, not follow him or anyone else. And, yes, I have played Acting lessons, and I do not agree that that girl was killed off. I have found nothing wrong with death in any game. Death is part of life. I think Pink Cake did a very brave thing by killing off both of those women. Acting Lessons to me was a far better novel than DIK. It was more heart warming and more true to life. I still loved playing DIK, and I am thoroughly looking forward to Season 2. In fact, there are very few novels I have read which I didn't like. My personal preference is girl with girl and these are my first choice to read, but, sadly, they are very few. Anyway, we all have our differences in what we like and don't like. I do not understand hostility! It's a game, not real life!
Words cannot even describe how much I fell in love this game. This was my very 1st Adult Visual Novel and I am so glad that I played this. The story really hooks you especially with CeCe who is my favorite and every character has such wonderful characteristics.

Chris was an amazing character! Damn, I can't get 0.15 to run! I run the exe, load my previous file from 0.15 an nothing happens. Please can someone explain to me how to get 0.15 to work from 0.14. thank you! I have completed 0.14 including one of the bonus levels.
In order to play chapter 5, you will have to download it, unzip it, and copy it into your chapter 1-4 folder. If you get a question if you want to overwrite some files, you are doing it right. Click Yes to overwrite.
The reason I had to do this was because of the Itch.io file size limit.
Alternatively, you can go to my Patreon and download chapter 1-5 in one go (link above). Your saves will still work even if you unzip it to a different folder.

This is NOT a criticism. I know perfection takes longer than normal. I had forgotten how professional this game is! Everything about it is really amazing APART from the most boring font I have ever seen in a game! I really hope you do not mind, but I have changed the font to something a lot better and more fitting. I know, ok, but I just couldn't stand the boring font! But apart from that it's a beautiful game. Easily rivals Dr Pink Cake and you have to pay for his novels!

Today I read your vn running the Cece path. I couldn't stop once I started. As a survivor of mental illness, I have never seen or dreamed I could put the tumulus thoughts or feelings into words. And here I go through a vn and it is all right there. Thank you for Leap of Faith. I found my self clicking through all the non dialog portions, just so that I could read the next bit. bug report - running : 0.5.1c, downloaded via patreon (complete), on win10, using an all-amd system (3600 and 5700xt). green screen crashes while messaging Cece in the phone a the pier. seems to be avoidable by going out of fullscreen. again, love your work dev, excellent story.. cant wait to replay for all the other paths
Open the folder for 4.51 and open the folder for 0.51, drag everything from 0.51 over to 4.51 it will ask you if you want to replace duplicate files check the box that says yes to all and click yes. you should be good to go
This may well be the best VN I've played, same level as CoBD. Animations weren't that great, but I don't care about them anyway. Some pretty heavy stuff too, never expected to get wet eyes, and feeling of anxiety. Also great humor for good laughs, and music just fits perfectly.

You are creating something amazing here. The characters are so well designed, and forming a strong bond with every single one is inevitable. The story so far is absolutely fantastic, and very well written. I don't think it's possible for anyone to not fall for Cece from day one, and ofc she's my first choice, every time. But damn, Lexi at the end of ch4 is a very close second. Thank you for the effort and care you put into this, it truly shows.
I reached the part where you're trying to text Kira and Chris in chapter 2 and it's freezing at the texting Chris after contacting Kira. Is there a way to fix this? It just keeps going to your character's thought of needing to contact Chris.
I have had some reports of this occuring in the android port or modded version of the game. If that is the case here, try seeking help with the author of those (as I don't support either android or the modded version for now).
I have not had any reports of this happening in the clean version of the game. If you are playing the clean version of the game, give me a rundown of what you do before it happens and I'll try to replicate the bug on my end
I use the version for windows for my laptop. at that point of the game my character's supposed to go to sleep for a short period of time, then wakes up with two contacts on the phone; Kira and Chris, what I tended to do was text Kira and afterwards contact Chris, however after the agreeing to meet Kira the following day it begins to loop with the thought of my character in I should contact Chris.
I figured out the way to get past the bug; I had saved beforehand, my new sequence wound up being to text Chris, which lead to Chris calling back; once past the Nuke portion I pressed the back button and went into chat and went to the texting portion with Kira and it worked fine. I'm past that part in chapter 2 and onto the next scene. This is a really good game btw.
This game hit close to home.. love the story line. and the music choice is awesome love how it really sets the mood. cant wait for the release of the next chapter!
I fucking love this game, i love how you added problems to everyone's lives, makes them feel more human if that makes sense I am definitely going to have to replay to go after every girl and see what happens although i can say Cece is my favorite mainly cause i can sympathize with her, but you're doing amazing work keep it up and i cant wait for the next update

Oh yeah, the music has to be downloaded first. I think any time after Chapter 3 starts and before you get on the plane.
For the autograph you don't talk to Lexi about it at all. You'll be in the limo with Cece and have the option to tell her you couldn't get it.

I know some vn's trying using some realistic-looking girls, that actually look like crap when you see them. I have no problem with cartoonish type looking girls, like this vn as long as they done as well as they are here. they look fantastic. the girls genitals could do with improving a bit, but it doesnt matter in the slightest, when they look this good, especially holly and lexi!
Hello, and thanks for the reply. Sorry for the delay, but I have been away for a bit (not gone anywhere, just having a change of things to do.) I have read your comment an d I agree with some points, but I don't get where you think PInk Cake is an ass. A lot of peoploe have said this, but I don't understand where they are getting the info from. Maybe it's because I avoid social media like the plague and only play his games, not follow him or anyone else. And, yes, I have played Acting lessons, and I do not agree that that girl was killed off. I have found nothing wrong with death in any game. Death is part of life. I think Pink Cake did a very brave thing by killing off both of those women. Acting Lessons to me was a far better novel than DIK. It was more heart warming and more true to life. I still loved playing DIK, and I am thoroughly looking forward to Season 2. In fact, there are very few novels I have read which I didn't like. My personal preference is girl with girl and these are my first choice to read, but, sadly, they are very few. Anyway, we all have our differences in what we like and don't like. I do not understand hostility! It's a game, not real life!
Words cannot even describe how much I fell in love this game. This was my very 1st Adult Visual Novel and I am so glad that I played this. The story really hooks you especially with CeCe who is my favorite and every character has such wonderful characteristics.
I cannot wait till the next chapters come out.

is there a walkthrough to every route ? i cant open the holly route i tried everything i think.
The idea is that the more you talk to Holly, the more inclined you (and her) are to accept Lexi's proposal later on.
So on the "Holly-Roam", move around all screens, to see as many dialogues with her as possible.
Finally chapter 0.15! It's been so long since I last played this VN i almost forgot that I payed it until my saves came flooding back! Thank you Drifty! I really did love this game. Chris was an amazing character! Damn, I can't get 0.15 to run! I run the exe, load my previous file from 0.15 an nothing happens. Please can someone explain to me how to get 0.15 to work from 0.14. thank you! I have completed 0.14 including one of the bonus levels.
In order to play chapter 5, you will have to download it, unzip it, and copy it into your chapter 1-4 folder. If you get a question if you want to overwrite some files, you are doing it right. Click Yes to overwrite.
The reason I had to do this was because of the Itch.io file size limit.
Alternatively, you can go to my Patreon and download chapter 1-5 in one go (link above). Your saves will still work even if you unzip it to a different folder.
Thanks, Drifty for the reply. Yes I figured it out but I am re-playing most of Chapter 4 as it has been a long time since I played it and this update being made (well, for me, anyway.) This is NOT a criticism. I know perfection takes longer than normal. I had forgotten how professional this game is! Everything about it is really amazing APART from the most boring font I have ever seen in a game! I really hope you do not mind, but I have changed the font to something a lot better and more fitting. I know, ok, but I just couldn't stand the boring font! But apart from that it's a beautiful game. Easily rivals Dr Pink Cake and you have to pay for his novels!

i've tried with a bunch of different choices but at the end of chapter 4, i have never been able to achieve the following three things.
1- I have never been able to get the pin code for Robin's phone.
2- I have never been able to cheer Cece up when she is bummed out and not talking.
3- Cece did not get to play a little game ... on Robin.
I think robin's pin code and game on Robin are related. I have tried with different walk thoughs but still unsuccessful.
I would really really appreciate it if someone could help me with these things.

For question 1 and 3, go through your Nuke app after the screens where Robin is dancing, right before Cece enters.
2. When sitting down beside Cece, bring up your phone and send a message to her.

How exactly do you get the pin code? I've pulled up the nuke app just like you're saying and it doesn't show anything.
You need to scroll all the way down to the photo Kira posted of the two of you in the bowling alley and press the prompt :)

Today I read your vn running the Cece path. I couldn't stop once I started. As a survivor of mental illness, I have never seen or dreamed I could put the tumulus thoughts or feelings into words. And here I go through a vn and it is all right there. Thank you for Leap of Faith. I found my self clicking through all the non dialog portions, just so that I could read the next bit. seems to be avoidable by going out of fullscreen.

Open the folder for 4.51 and open the folder for 0.51, drag everything from 0.51 over to 4.51 it will ask you if you want to replace duplicate files check the box that says yes to all and click yes. you should be good to go
I did that it it still did not work for me. The game ran, but when I re-loaded my last game file save it just crashed out back to the beginning.
Finally Ch 5!! ...cant wait to play it, just need to find the damn time to do so
This may well be the best VN I've played, same level as CoBD. Animations weren't that great, but I don't care about them anyway. Some pretty heavy stuff too, never expected to get wet eyes, and feeling of anxiety. Also great humor for good laughs, and music just fits perfectly.

Hello, does dis game got a harem "ending"(excluding the threesome you get with kira and robin)? or is this a pick a girl of ur life type of deal.
Leap of Faith is created with Daz studio. The assets are mostly bought and modified to some extent (some much, and some not so much).
I reached the part where you're trying to text Kira and Chris in chapter 2 and it's freezing at the texting Chris after contacting Kira. Is there a way to fix this? It just keeps going to your character's thought of needing to contact Chris.
I have had some reports of this occuring in the android port or modded version of the game. If that is the case here, try seeking help with the author of those (as I don't support either android or the modded version for now).
I have not had any reports of this happening in the clean version of the game. If you are playing the clean version of the game, give me a rundown of what you do before it happens and I'll try to replicate the bug on my end
I use the version for windows for my laptop. at that point of the game my character's supposed to go to sleep for a short period of time, then wakes up with two contacts on the phone; Kira and Chris, what I tended to do was text Kira and afterwards contact Chris, however after the agreeing to meet Kira the following day it begins to loop with the thought of my character in I should contact Chris.
I figured out the way to get past the bug; I had saved beforehand, my new sequence wound up being to text Chris, which lead to Chris calling back; once past the Nuke portion I pressed the back button and went into chat and went to the texting portion with Kira and it worked fine. I'm past that part in chapter 2 and onto the next scene. This is a really good game btw.
This game hit close to home.. love the story line. and the music choice is awesome love how it really sets the mood. cant wait for the release of the next chapter!
I fucking love this game, i love how you added problems to everyone's lives, makes them feel more human if that makes sense I am definitely going to have to replay to go after every girl and see what happens although i can say Cece is my favorite mainly cause i can sympathize with her, but you're doing amazing work keep it up and i cant wait for the next update
